Free Outline Protocol Keys

Many mobile operators have started blocking the Outline protocol, on which Outline is based (Source: Habr). However, when connected through stationary internet providers on PCs, Outline operates without issues!

WireGuard provides very high speed and security, making it an excellent choice for most VPN scenarios. Outline (on Shadowsocks) is better suited for situations where bypassing blocks is needed, as Outline is more flexible for avoiding network restrictions.

To set up Outline, you need a server that supports Outline and a client application. Enter the server details (IP, port, password, encryption) into the client app and connect. You can either set up the server manually or use providers that offer ready-to-use configurations.

Outline supports connections on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Once the server is created, you can generate an access key and use it to connect on any compatible device.

To improve speed, choose a server closer to your location to reduce latency. It’s also recommended to use a server with good bandwidth and a high-speed internet connection.

VLESS and Outline (Shadowsocks) both offer anonymous and secure connections. VLESS, used in V2Ray, is generally considered more flexible and harder to block due to its advanced configurations. Outline, however, is easier to use and simpler to set up for beginners.
