Vpnkeys Terms of Use

By using, installing, downloading or applying the vpnkeys application (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with them in full. This agreement becomes legally binding upon your interaction with vpnkeys. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Services.

1. Provision of Services

This User Agreement governs the use of the vpnkeys mobile application. By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement and have no legal restrictions under applicable laws. You agree to use vpnkeys solely for the purposes of ensuring personal privacy and security in accordance with applicable law. You are prohibited from disrupting the use of vpnkeys by other users, engaging in illegal activity or violating the terms of this Agreement.

2. Data Privacy and Security

vpnkeys provides a secure connection to the Internet through its VPN servers, hiding your IP address and ensuring data privacy. The application does not store personal information that may compromise the integrity of your data. Transactions involving personal data, such as payments, are handled by third-party providers, as stated in our Privacy Policy. vpnkeys does not collect or store personal data. 3. Changes in the provision of services

vpnkeys may be subject to changes, including feature updates, software modifications, or the addition/removal of certain services. We may provide technical support, updates, and upgrades as needed. By using vpnkeys, you agree to receive such updates; however, we are not obligated to support outdated versions of vpnkeys under this Agreements.

4. Third Party Collaborations

5. Privacy Commitments

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your password and the management of user data. Any activity related to your account, including the actions of others, is your responsibility. vpnkeys provides a subscription with unlimited access, controlled by the user, with a 3-day trial period that automatically renews and can be changed in price. Subscription management is available in your account settings.

7. User Responsibilities

You must comply with all applicable laws when using vpnkeys. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Decompiling, reselling or distributing vpnkeys
- Using vpnkeys to create competing products
- Transmitting illegal content, unauthorized access or disruption of the application

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The vpnkeys services and software are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for damages caused by the disclosure of user information or the operation of VPN servers. Uninterrupted operation or complete data protection is not guaranteed provided.

9. Legal Protection

You agree to indemnify vpnkeys and its affiliates for any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including legal ones, arising out of your use of vpnkeys.

10. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated at our sole discretion, which will result in the revocation of your access and license to use vpnkeys. Termination may occur in the event of unusual or unauthorized use. Upon termination, all licenses will cease and access to vpnkeys will be prohibited.
