1. Policy

Reading the Policy is equivalent to full acceptance of its provisions. Using the Site and/or Mobile Application or using the Internet service located at https://vpnkeys.org (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) means unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of personal data processing specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, personal data subjects (Users) must refrain from using the Site, Mobile Application and their Services. 4. Measures to ensure the security of personal data:

— Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that is not publicly available;

— Appointment of a responsible person - the Curator of personal data processing (Curator of personal data processing);
— Verification and inclusion of clauses on ensuring the confidentiality of personal data in contracts;
— Issuance of local acts, ensuring physical and software security, restricting access;
— Use of antivirus and cryptographic tools that have passed the compliance assessment;
— Media accounting, backup, monitoring and incident response.

5. User Rights:

— Revoke consent to processing by sending a request to info(at)vpnkeys.org or https://t.me/vpnkeys_help
— Receive information about your personal data;
— Request clarification, blocking or destruction of data;
— Appeal the Operator's actions in Roskomnadzor or the court;
— Protect your rights and interests, including compensation for losses and moral damages.

6. Procedure for destroying personal data:

— Upon achieving the purpose or storage period — within 30 days;
— Upon loss of need — within 30 days;
— Upon withdrawal of consent — within 30 days, for marketing purposes — 2 days;
— In case of illegal receipt — up to 7 days;
— In case of liquidation of the Operator.

Destruction methods:

— Paper media — burning or shredding;
— Machine-readable — deformation, burning or formatting with overwriting;
— Deleting files — software deletion and emptying the recycle bin.

7. Final provisions:

The Operator may process personal data independently or through third parties (hosting, telecom, etc.) solely for the purposes specified in this Policy.
